About the Role

As our Head of Partnerships for Europe, you will work hand in hand with our technical and sales team in order to design and implement a strategic partnerships plan in the region.

Working with our most strategic partners across restaurant tech, food delivery, FMCG and other sectors - you will be expected to create new partnerships and manage existing ones, to explore synergies and opportunities for mutual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with local general managers, sales managers, customer success managers and broader teams to  identify and prioritize the right partnerships and integrations for each market
  • Grow and lead our regional BD team
  • Manage the performance of your local team of Channel Sales Associates
  • Work with the central BD team to manage an existing list of partners and increase the overall  revenue sourced through them
  • Work closely with our integrations team to help them build new functionality into our product
  • Leverage our partner relationships to support the growth of our business
  • Develop strategic plans for partners with an eye toward identifying creative initiatives and follow through with execution of monthly or quarterly reviews.

What you need

  • 2 years relevant work  experience in B2B Sales with at least 2-3 years in a channel sales / Key Account Management roles
  • Tech Start Up experience   in e-commerce, SaaS, Point of Sale Technology, restaurant technology
  • Direct experience  managing strategic partners, developing plans and preparing and presenting   Business Reviews
  • An ability to prioritize, between markets, teams, stakeholders and partners
  • An ability to hustle, and  to drive speed of execution
  • Great organization skills, translating into an ability to manage multiple things on your plate at any one time
  • Great stakeholder management abilities, to be able to manage different requirements and  requests, both internal and external
  • Strong negotiation skills, backed by a strong curiosity and discovery framework to really  understand what are our partners’ goals and challenges
  • Demonstrated cross-functional experience and problem solving skills
  • Can manage a channel sales pipeline and forecast against targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication in French and English languages

 

Nice to haves

  • A good understanding of how API integrations work
  • Experience in the food or SaaS industries a big plus
